Art Monster ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Art Monster mobile application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a password. Your password is securely hashed and we cannot view it.
Profile Information: You may optionally provide a bio, website URL, social media handle, and profile photo.
Artwork and Content: We store artwork images you upload, along with metadata you provide such as titles, descriptions, medium, dimensions, pricing, and collection assignments.
Usage Data: We collect time tracking data that you voluntarily log, including studio session durations and notes.
We use your information solely to provide and improve the Service. Specifically, we use it to:
Operate your account and authenticate your identity. Store and display your artwork inventory. Track your creative time and provide statistics. Communicate with you about your account or the Service.
Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure, including Cloudflare D1 (database) and Cloudflare R2 (image storage). All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with 100,000 iterations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. Your artwork images and personal data are private and only accessible to you.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can update your profile information within the app. You can delete your account and all associated data through the app's settings menu. Upon account deletion, all your data including artwork images will be permanently removed.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
